Hi Richard,

I think I corresponded with you back in September of 07 about this family. I have been trying to find something out about them forever and am still pretty much where I was back then. I don't know why I didn't give you the names of this family before, maybe I did but this is what I have on them in 1840, Monroe Co., Tn.

Toliver b. NC abt 1810 - his wife Alvira/ the same
Benjamin (son) b. abt 1830, Tn.
Elizabeth (daug) b. abt. 1835, Tn.
David (son) b. abt 1838, Tn.
Thomas (son) b. abt 1842, Tn.
Toliver (son) b. abt 1843, Tn.
Abira/Elvira(?) daug. b. abt 1845, Tn.

Later (1860), Franklin (son?) was listed in Hamilton Co., Tn. b. abt 1851, Tn..

You said you were working on a book for Pleasant Grove Baptist Church/Crooked Creek. How is the book coming along and have you found anything else out about this family? I have traced Thomas and Toliver (1843) but haven't been able to find any of the rest of them. Benjamin is the one I need to find.

Linda from Texas
