Ferdinand Cyr
Posted by: Diane Cyr (ID *****3125) Date: November 19, 2011 at 09:25:13

Ferdinand Cyr married Biddeford, Maine, USA 4 Nov,1882 to Philomene Lamontagne.Daniel Desire Cyr is his son. Records state Ferdinand was born in Canada about 1859 but no parents are listed on the record. There are census records and also Drouin which indicate a Ferdinand Cyr was son of Pierre and Josephte Lacasse, baptized St Ferdinand d'Halifax but I am not sure this is the correct one, although it does match with census records agewise. The children I find listed for Pierre and Josephte using less reliable sources are Adele, Pierre, Joseph and Henrietta. Need to be sure I am following the right trail and any help would be appreciated.
