Looking for the family of a Mary Ann Dalby born abt 1839 Leicester, England. States on her marriage cert that her fathers name was Thomas Dalby a Grocer.
Mary Ann married a Fred Wale abt 1849/50 and they can be found living in Leicester on the 1851 Census. They had two children and Ann Wale abt Sept 1850 and a Frederick Wale abt 1852.
In Dec of 1856 Mary Ann was a widow and she married a John Snelston Shenton in Leicester. They had three chldren Mary Ann Shenton, Ellen Dalby Shenton and William Snelston Shenton.
If anyone has any info on Mary Ann Dalby I would appreciate hearing from you.
