I am looking for other Ontario researchers of the Donald and Catherine Darroch family who lived in Nottawasaga Twp., Simcoe Co., Ontario. I know this couple had at least 1 son, Angus, who was married twice, second time in 1875 to Sarah McLEAN and they lived in Osprey Twp., Grey Co., Ontario. Angus later abandoned the family. Their children were:
1. Daniel b: 1874, left home, nothing more
2. Alan b: 1876, lived Spokane Wash. no children
3. Euphemia b: 1877 m: Wm. Holmes lived in Toronto had seven sons, three daughters
4. Catherine Ann b: abt. 1881? raised by Mrs. Gougeon m: Benjamin Kennedy in London, Ont. had 3 boys and 3 girls.
5. John Duncan b: 1882/2? (adopted by Mr. & Mrs. Wisdom) m: Jennie Brunton - lived in Barrie, Ont.
6. Minnie b: after 1882, adopted out, nothing more.
