Hi Dave
My name is Dotty Deeds Shade and I am doing my family tree. Maybe we can help each other with our relatives. I believe your Peter was in the Continental Line from Virginia during the Revolutionary War. He joined in 1776. My gggggrand father was a Captain in the Revolutionary. He belonged to the Trimble's Co. from Augusta County Va. and was in the militia in 1780. He was born in Philadelphia, Pa in 1763. I believe his father was named Philip and was an immigrant from Germany. I believe Philip and Peter's father could have been brothers. I have other information on Peter and George. Please contact me and compare notes.
