Hi Shirley,
So glad to hear from a member of my direct lineage. I have a lot of information on our family and would be glad to share with you. What kind of information do you have? I live about an hour from Rockingham Co. and I have done some research there on the family tree. I believe Philip had 1 daughter (Elizabeth) and 3 sons. Their names were Johannes (John), George, and Valentine. Do you agree? Is the Christopher, George, and Philip Jr, sons or brothers of Philip? I have a copy (deed) of the property that he and Elizabeth bought in 1795. The land was 200 (220) acres on Naked Creek. When Philip died in 1813, the heirs were listed as Elizabeth, George, and Valentine.
I am the 7the generation born in America. I believe Philip was born in Germany c1734 and came to America on the ship Neptune in 1754. My lineage is Philip, Johannes (John), George, George, Joseph, Omus, and Joseph. I will answer all e-mails.
Your Cuz
Dotty
