Hello Jim,

I believe Phillip Deeds married to Mary Bush may be a brother to my ggg grandfather John Deeds b. 1784 and married to Barbara Armentrout. I have found Joseph and Mary in other US Census and they are buried in Jumping Branch along with Joseph's brother Jonas and Mary's sister Celia and their family. Joseph and Jonas' parents John and Martha "Patsy" Armentrout Deeds are buried in the same cementery but I can't find any further information about John and Barbara. I don't know why I can't find Joseph and Mary in the 1880 census. Jonas and Celia are listed as well as numerous other members of the families. If you have any further information including pictures of the family that you would be willing to share I am very interested. If you have any ideas why I can't find Joseph and Mary in 1880 I'd be more than interested in those also. I have pictures of the aforementioned tombstones and I have visited this cementery several times. If I have any information that you need in your ancestry search I would be willing to share. Please let me know. Happy hunting! Patty
