I am researching any information on the Deslonde family of Louisiana. I am researching descendants of Jean Baptiste Deslonde and Anne Paume. I am particularly interested in the colored line of this family tree. The Deslondes were wealthy free people of color. Pierre George Deslonde, free man of color, was important in Louisiana politics. The Deslondes (both white and colored lines) had many plantations in southern Louisiana. Any information on the following families would be helpful:
