She died 2 Jul 1887 in Buffalo, New York and was buried in St. Stephen' s, Concoria Cemetery, Buffalo.
Mina married[3] (1) Gustavus KARCHER, son of Jacob Heinrich KARCHER and Elizabeth ABETZ, on 21 Sep 1848 4pm in Gernsbach, Baden, Germany. Gustavus was born[7] 26 Jun 1825 in Baden, Germany (Gernsbach). He died[8] 26 May 1866 in Buffalo, NY from tuberculosis and was buried[8] 28 May 1866 in St. Stephens At Concordia, Buffalo.
First appears in Buffalo City directory in 1856 but is spelled Kircher; he was a joiner living at 113 Pine Street.In 1862-1864 he is a carpenter (listed as both Gustav and Gustavus Karcher and Kercher) living at the corner of Peckham and Madison. 1866 lived at 31 Peckham Street.
In his will his estate was valued at $250.
Hamburg Emigration Index lists Gustav Karcher, a schreinermeister (master cabinet maker) born in Gernsbach, Rastatt leaving Hamburg with his family Oct. 14, 1854. The city matches what we see listed in St. Stephen's Church in Buffalo's records.
Julius's Baptism record in Gernsbach Germany records records Gustav's occupation as "joiner."

Ninth Generation
57. Julius Adolph KARCHER (Amalie Dorothea DEUCHLER, Weiland Johan Friedrich, Georg Friedrich, Phillip Jacob, Phillip Jacob, Wolfgang, Jacob, Jacob) was born[5] 17 Jun 1854 in Gernsbach, Baden, Germany and married[7] 19 Oct 1875 in St. Stephen's Church, Buffalo NY.
BIOGRAPHY: In 1874 Julius was a porter at the East Buffalo Hotel where he also apparently resided. In 1879 he lists his occupation as fireman, and lived on Bond Street corner of Hamilton. From 1882-1886 his residence was 10 Hinckley which was renamed West Peckham in 1884. His occupation was a fireman at Roos Brewery. A city park now fills the site of 10 W. Peckham Street.
Julius disappears in 1887. There was no death listed in the mortuary index for that year, no divorce filed.I have not found where he might be buried. I believe he may have left the area.
I have found records for four children of Julius and Mary Anna but Jacob's birth certificate indicates that he is the seventh child.
CHRISTENING: Baptised 2 July 1854; sponsors were Wilhelm Bender, Julius Deuchler a coopersmith, Wilhelmina Wallroth, Luise Deuchler (both single) Page 83).
Julius married[7] Mary Anna HINTERMEIER, daughter of Lenhardt HINTERMEIER and Margareth (Margaret) Rosine FOHR, on 19 Oct 1875 in St. Stephen' s ER Church, Buffalo. NY. Mary was born[7] 21 Apr 1853 in Buffalo, NY. She died[7] 8 Nov 1897 in Buffalo, New York from tuberculosis and was buried 11 Nov 1897 in St. Stephen' s Cemetery, Concordia Cem., Buffalo.
After Julius' disappearance she was listed in the Buffalo city directories only 3 times. In 1888 she lived at 184 Krettner, then 1890-1892 she was listed at 186 Krettner. She died before 1906 as she was already deceased when her father died.

The 1910 cesus lists a Jacob Karcher, cook on the USS Chester, sailer in the US Navy, 21 years old. 1920 census has Jacob, single, 32, a boarder at 771 South Division Sreet in Buffalo with the Golding family. He is a chauffer for a paper Company and lists his parents as having been born in Germany.

Catherine Anna KARCHER (Julius Adolph KARCHER, Amalie Dorothea DEUCHLER, Weiland Johan Friedrich, Georg Friedrich, Phillip Jacob, Phillip Jacob, Wolfgang, Jacob, Jacob) was born[9] 21 Nov 1882 in Buffalo, NY. She died[10] 22 Jun 1941 in Buffalo, NY from carcinomatosis- cerebral mestastasis. and was buried 25 Jun 1941 in Acacia Park.
Aged 58 years, 7 months and 1 day.
1900 census she is a sales lady, reports her birth year however as 1881 (birth cert says 1882) possibly as she was underage and lied about it. She is a boarder with the Krantz family on Krettner Street. She reports that both her parents were born in Germany.
Catherine married[11] William Fred FLEISCHAUER, son of August FLEISCHAUER and Louisa AMBOS, on 16 Dec 1903 in St. Stephen's Church, Buffalo NY. William was born[12] 11 Dec 1878 in Buffalo, NY and married[13] 16 Dec 1903 in Buffalo, NY . He died[10] 15 Apr 1961 in Buffalo, NY and was buried 18 Apr 1961 in Acacia Park.
His occupations included boat builder, carpenter and contractor and he built many homes on Comstock, Hutchinson and Poultney Avenues as well as the brick house at 1410 Niagara Falls Blvd. Member Trinity-Kensingon United Church of Christ at the time of his death.
CHRISTENING: Was Christened as Wilhelm August in St. Peter's Evangelical Church in Buffalo New York.
