Hello,
My name is Charles Doan. My father was Harlan Doan. He married my mom Betty Grubbs back in the early 1950's. His mother's name was Sylvia Doan. I am not sure about his father's name since he and my mom divorced when I was four and my mom would not talk about him much. His family has been from Ohio/Northern Kentucky pretty much since I have known them. He had three sisters - Dorothy, Lena, and Juanita. He had no brothers. I was just wondering if anyone out there had any information about my family name further than my grandmother. I used to ask her questions when I was little, but she was always very vague and now she has long since passed away. If anyone could help, I would greatly appreciate it.
