Hello,

I am Paula Dockum Cole daughter of Harold W. Dockum Jr. of Cavendish Vt. My aunt Virginia Dockum McLaughlin has given me a few of her correspondences with Bette Lou Upton Niedstedd, 155 W. Kellogg, Pittsfield, IL 62363. This woman has done much research on the Dockum family. She may well have clues to the person you are searching for. I warn you though that much of these papers are 18-20 years old. But........it's worth a try.
