Hi Karen,
It's a big book for such an uncommon name. It's from the 1900 Census, so 'Avery' should be in there! If you know his parents, or other details, dates, etc., you will surely find him. <frankbsimmons.com>

It's on Micro-fiche, and I think it's even on CD. Just go to the Simmons site with your info. It's easy, girl.
