Virginia,

Samuel Downer is the son of Samuel Downer and Catherine Ayres. He married Oct 13 1836 Nancy Melville De Wolf. They had eight children: Samuel, Mary Catherine, Ann Cecilia, Gertrude Melville, Marion Gardner, Horace Mann, Alice De Wolf and Mabel Richmond.
