Rachel, thank you for replying.

The origin of my Dueker family is southern Illiois [Red Bud, IL] beginning in 1849. Albert Dueker emigrated from Germany to southern Illinois through New Orleans, in 1845.

I have no knowledge of any of the Dueker name to which you refer in your post.
