I have been spending the whole day today doing resarch to get a pattern of Sir names:
Dufner, Duffner, Knoff, & Kessler.
My searches have been to the books of comming across the Atlantic Ocean, & finding ages, Time,and where from, & what Ship and Port. A lot of your ancestores listed are in these books. So Far, I have found that most of them came from Germany, & a few from France, & one from England.
I would like to know if any of your family
had the Duffner Ice Cream business in Missouri circia 1920-1930's ?
I also have a letter from a Duffner family
decendent in Washington, who's duffner relative in Missouri was Shot & murdered in early history of Missouri. The Missouri University at Columbia, Mo. Has this information also.
