Looking for family of James David Eads (my grandfather) born in 1885 (87?) probably in Lubbock,Texas. My understanding is that his parents died when he was about ten years old and his older siblings Charles, Walter and a sister (?) attempted to raise him but he continuosly ran away. Worked on the railroad in OK and Texas. Went to Calif approx 1910. Entered Army in 1917 and fought in france. Returned to Imperial County (El Centro) California. and married (1919) Della Carrell. Died in El Cajon CA in 1972. E-mail me at eads@saber.net
