Kris,
I didn't forget that point of the requirement for the participants to be male. I deliberately left it out in hopes that interested parties would read the referenced materials and learn that fact on their own.
I did not think it worthwhile to repeat all the details so adequately covered in the referenced aricles.
Hopefully, if they read that much, they will develop enough
interest to come forward as a participant.
However, your points are right on target.
