Eastons in Manitoba in late 1800s

I am looking for info on my great grandmothers family. She was Mary Easton and she married George Bolt Henry in Ontario (I'm not sure where) and they came to Manitoba in the late 1800s. They had 3 children, John Simon Henry ( my grandfather ),James Easton Henry and Mary Ann Henry. For a time they lived and farmed around Manitou, Manitoba. Mary's brothers James and Robert Easton were out here in Manitoba as well. When Mary died, George returned to Galt, Ontario and married Mary's cousin Christina Easton. They lived in Winnipeg for a while but then went back east.

I would like to hear from anyone that can help me fill in the blanks for this side of the family and hopefully meet some cousins.
