Have you looked at the website where there is a photo of this document? the website address is http://www.familychest.co.uk/default.htm .... you have to use the surname search to locate the document which is numbered 0504043. Please contact FamilyChest direct - the email address is on the website. There is a small charge for the transcription as it has to be done on request as it involves a couple of hour's work. However, they will freely answer any questions you may have and pass on information. Good luck!
