I think that my information, received from Paul White of Huntsville, Alabama might connect with some of you fellow Elliott researchers. This is about all that I have, except for a little more on the more current generations:

The Randolph County (NC) Genealogical Society,
P.O. Box 4394,
Asheboro, NC 27204 and published in Elliott "n" Kin periodicals: Vol. 3, No.
1, Feb. 1996;
Vol. 4, No. 2, p. 19, May 1997 and many E-Mail letters.
Note-A lot of people moved from Guilford Co., NC, to Wayne Co., Indiana, and
many of these were Quakers.

(1) John Ellet(ot)/Elliott (b. c.1665, d. 1693, ? Kingsessing, Chester Co.,
PA? ),
m. 1st. ?? c. 1685 to Amanda Smith (b. 1670, possibly Burlington , NJ?)
m. 2nd. ?? c. 1720, NJ, to Sarah?. They were in PA by 1725.
Note some of this may be a John Jr.'s data? John Elliott was from Burlington
Co., NJ,
but is/was considered to be from Chester Co., PA.
