Hello Lois
My mother is Audrey May (nee)Elsden, she was born in Coventry in 1925, he father Arthur Edward Elsden was born in Swaffam Norfolk in 1902 he died in 1980 and was the best grandfather a child could have. His father William Elsden was born in Soham in 1866 and I have the line going back to Cuthbert Elsden in circa 1540 all the family seem to have stayed in Soham. id their a connection.
