Paul,

I have been running into road blocks with trying to find my ancestors. I know my Grandfather's father was I believe Perkins (E) Enloe, and he may have been born around 1881. He was married to a Mary. My father was Archie Jr, his dad was Archie.

From the (MO. 1910 Census) Perkins' father was born in Missouri and his mother was born in Ill. NO one wants to talk about him or doesn't know anything about him. - can't really tell.

After some probing, I got some info, that Perkins died while intoxicated walking along some road. I would guess this happened in MO.

The problem is, the trail grows cold there. I just wonder if it has anything to do with the spelling of the name or that he may have had native American blood. God only knows.

If you had any info on this, I would appreciate it.
