Jonathon Eyre and his wife Harriet appear to be the parents of Mary, Frank, Elizabeth and Samuel. Jonathon was a farmer of 21 acres in 1871 and both he and his wife seem to have died before the 1901 census. Daughter Mary married William Thomas Pollard in Eccleshall Bierlow - (Nether Hallam ?)in 1869 and I am looking for their descendents. Although I am following the Pollard line, I'm hoping that subscribers who have an interest in the Eyres from Edale area might have a lead or two that will give me a push along! Some children that I have located to date are Frank, William, Mary & Ellen born between 1870 and 1883
