William Henry Eyre - 1825 - Sheffield

Hello

I am trying to find any information - but mostly the parents - of William Henry Eyre born 3 Sept 1825 in Sheffield. I do not have any other information about his parents or possible siblings.

His death certificate indicates that he emigrated to New Zealand roughly around 1863, he married Margaret Gillies on 16 May 1866.

He died in NZ on 1 Sept 1911.

I would be most grateful for any information anyone has on William, as I cannot go any further back at this stage. He was my GG grandfather.
