Actually, the name Faber is not the same name as Farber, therefore, a different meaning. FaRber is an old German word, and it means "dyer of cloth" or denotes a "person of colors." So indeed, the early Farbers likely worked with textiles, namely, dying them. ;) Notify Administrator about this message?
