I am very surprised and delighted to see this message from you. I wondered what happened to you and your brother.
Actually I was researching the family tree and Mark Facey was our grandfather who your father was named after. I didn't know that the spelling was different for your father(Marc.) I think that your dad was born around 1912 or 13 as he was a little older than my father who was born in 1914 in Saskatoon Sask.
I remember you from your visit in 1962. You were pretty young then. A number of years ago, I was listening to the CBC show "As it happens" and heard an interview with Colin I believe. It may have been you? I am not sure. I believe he was teaching a security and / or self defense course at a college in New Brunswick. I found it very exciting to have experienced such a coincidence and I wondered at the time on how I could get in touch with the two of you.
We need to talk more. We are a small family and you and Colin make up a total of three cousins that I have living. I only had four in total but one died recently in Toronto. He was only 50. I believe it to have been a homicide myself but the police dismissed it as probably an event of misfortune.
