Max is buried in Albany, New York in a small cemetery off of New Scotland Avenue (I think)I haven't been there in years. He had three sons and two daughters. George, Fred and Henry lived to be old men and have many cildren. The daughters Louisa and Helen (I think) died in childhood of consumption. Their parents Max and (I thought old great grandma was named Barbara but it could be Anna I suppose) died when the boys were still teenagers. This is very sketchy to me but I can probably find out more if you e-mail me. Henry fought in the Spanish American War even though he was not quite old enough. He was my grandfather. He married Anna Kraft and they had eight children, Charles,Marie, Laura, Edith, Evelyn, Anna, Dorothy and Henry, Jr (My Dad). The only one of these siblings still alive is my Aunt Evelyn (Becker). All of these Figels lived in or about Albany. Evelyn is currently living in Selkirk.
