No, this Harmon is the son John Fishback(7/12/1691, Village of Turrbach near Siegen, Westphalia,Germany -- 1733, Germantown, VA) , & Agnes Hager (11/26/1697, Siegen, Westphalia, Germany -- after 1723, Germantown, VA)
