Seeking information on Bertha Fossum, born in Tronjam (Trondheim), Norway 10 January 1866. She immigrated to the U. S. in 1885/1886, by unknown means at unknown place. According to census data she first lived in Feltch, Dickinson County and moved to Iron Mountain two years later (about 1887) and married Eric (Carl?) Strand at an unknown time and place (probably Menominee or Dickinson County). Her children were all born and reared in the area of Dickinson County. She died in Iron Mountain, Dickinson County, MI 1 January 1942.
