Nothing like my waiting a year to reply...you may have found this by now but I believe we are talking about two different Annie Foulks, Aunt and Niece. Annie Margaretta Foulks (b. Nov 25, 1867 and died Jan. 18, 1922 in Moultrie)in my line is the daughter of John and Elizabeth. She married my great grandfather, David Walter Bates. My Aunt has written that Annie was born on her grandfather's homestead (Joseph Jones) along Bates road. My Aunt and Unlce as well as cousins still live on Bates Road. Now that I'm back into the swing of things I hope we can catch back up.
