Hello Barbara if I may be so bold,I am a direct decendant of William F of Helperby through my father.I have been researching the Helperby Franklands on and off since the mid 80's. Leonard was my grand-father who moved to LINGDALE.Basil F in Canada was my uncle and Heather Peacock is my half cousin.Would love to get in touch.
Elaine.
