French family - Galway - DNA test

I am looking for males of the French or Ffrench family to assist me in my search for co Galway ancestors.

If you are a male descendent of the French family of Galway (“Tribes of Galway”), and currently live in Galway or Ireland we will pay for your DNA test as a part of the French Surname DNA Project. http://dnafrench.tripod.com/

Our oldest ancestor James French immigrated to Maryland in 1671. Through court records we know that he was born ca. 1650. There has been much speculation that James French was from Galway and was of the “Tribes” but there has never been evidence/proof to back up this claim. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

Kent Walker
