Another update. Charles R. Friebele was born in Virginia in 1865 and died in 1932. It was his father who came to America from Germany but I don't have a clue as to his name. Charles married Hattie Taylor and she was born in 1878 and died in 1962. Charles's first wife (Hattie's mother) died when Hattie was very young and Charles remarried and had 1 or 2 sons. One son's name was Saunders (Sanders) Friebele. I think that Charles is buried in San Angelo, Tx.
