Following a request from Ellie Depew, my father and I have sorted out a kekule list of the ancestors of Johann Nikolaus Fuchs, born 24.8.1820 Eckweiler (a village in the Hunsrueck area, Rhineland palatinate, Germany, which was evacuated in the 1990s and no longer exists) based on the published directory of residents of Eckweiler.

There were lots of Fuchs families in that area -- while I don't have any Fuchs ancestors myself (yet), at least five of my blood relatives married a Fuchs.
