I'm also looking for FULLERTONs in the Philadelphia area, and maybe someone will come across something.
FULLERTON, Henry Edward: married Mari(o/a)n Grant presumably 1895-1898. He is rumored to have been a Merchant Seaman. They had 3 children:
1. FULLERTON, Charles Forte Graham: b.18 Dec 1898 / sang in St Clement's boychoir / d.Oct 1986 in Laurel, DE. Employed 1917 at Wanamaker's. md. Erma ... They had (at least) one child,
1a. FULLERTON, Charles G.: Jr. b.22 Sep 1930, d.8 Apr 1998 in Lauren, DE
2. FULLERTON, Mary: born or Bapt. 1903, St Clement's Church
3. FULLERTON, Marion: b.9 Dec 1901 / bapt. St Clement's Ch. 23 Jan 1902 / d.1939 in Brooklyn, NY. md HONYCHURCH, Aubrey Walter. (My grandparents)
