My gt.grandmother was Sarah Jane McClain, and gt.grandfather was Jefferson Davis. They lived in Baker co.Ga. and died there. Sarah was born abt. 1852-1896. Jefferson died before her of puemonia. They had four children, Ether Elder Davis, Tom Davis, Welthie ann Davis b. 1885, Sarah Jane Davis. Would like any info on where Sarah and Jefferson came from who they were, race, csa? where they were buried? I have nothing on them would like ANY info....
Welthie ann, was my grandmother she died in colquitt ga. married to james jackson Ingram. She had nine children three died at one time of the swine flu along with james jackson Ingram. Related to the Tabb and Cantrell families.
