Seek info. on grt grd parents Jefferson Davis and Sarah Jane McClaine, Baker Co. Ga. , children were, Tom Davis, Sarah Davis, Ether Elder Davis, Welthie Ann Davis. All of Baker Co. Ga. . Would like to know who they were what race where buried???? I am told Sarah may have remarried after J.D. died of illness to a (Mr.Bell?) Welthie was my grd. mother dark hair and eyes, she was a kitchen cook and married a farm hand Jeremiah James Ingram. They had a large family and lived out their lives in Colquitt Ga. and are buried in the Gordon Family Cem.. Welthie has one living child my father he would love any info or family stories to share.
