I am looking for the parents of William Green Philmon b. abt. 1814. He had a sister Barbara born abt 1812. I was told that they were the children of James Philmon and Elizabeth from Upson Ga. but I checked the 1850 Upson Census and the children in that family have some of the same names but are about 20 years to young to be the ones I have. William had a daughter b. 1850 so I am sure he is not the William on that census.
