I am a descendant of Temperance Lester (b. 1806 Newberry, SC d/ 1859 Opelika Russell Co, AL) who married Dempsey Justice (1828 Jones Co, GA. She was the daughter of John Edward Lester (1788-1854) and Amy Langford (1787-1870), grandaughter of John Lester and Susan Edwards, and ggd of James Lester and Martha. I am curious as to the relationship of the Revolutionary soldier, James Lester,Sr. and his family found in the Baldwin Co, GA Lester cemetery as that is where they lived. I would be very grateful for any help.
