Does anyone know of a river or creek bearing, at least at one time, the name Garrett. I have a record of such a stream prior to 1800 in Franklin County but I'm wondering if it could have been running through land which in time became Jackson and then Barrow County. I have searched many old GA maps to no avail. Thanks for any help. Elizabeth Jones
