This is what I found in the Barrow County Cemeteries book:
Barrow Memorial Gardens ----Directions: From Winder, go east toward Athens, on Ga-8. The cemetery is on the right just past Smith Funeral Home. This cemetery has 9 different sections and your Kimesy or in section 3 Devotion Garden--- (Large Garden on the right, up the hill).

Then I found at Rose Hill (Winder City) Cemetery (Directions: From the front of the courthouse on Broad Street, travel north for one block to Chandler Street. Turn left on Chandler Street and the cemetery is a sixth of a mile from the courthouse on the left side of the street. This is a big cemetery.)
