Old Everett Farm in Barrow County

I am looking for information on the Old Everett Farm located at the intersection of Dee Kennedy and Harmony Grove Roads. According to J. C. Flanigan's, "History of Gwinnett County, Georgia 1818-1960", after the death of her husband (James W. Bagwell/SC), Nancy Harper Bagwell came to Georgia and settled on this farm.

The farm soon became known as the "Bagwell Farm". Elliott's Grove Subdivision now sits on this property.

Does anyone know which of the Everetts owned this farm? According to a noted genealogist, Sherrod G. Everett is buried in the Harmony Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery; however, he is not shown buried here in church records. According to the 1850 census, Sherrod Everett & family were located in Gwinnett County, GA. Is this the farm he owned?
