Sparks, Pew/Pugh, Hamilton/Hambleton

My Jones and Fowler ancestors lived in the section of Jackson County which, in 1818, became part of Gwinnett County. They were in a tax district which in 1804 was under Capt. Sparks, in 1810 under Capt. Pew/Pugh and by 1817 under Capt. Hamilton/Hambleton. I believe that this part of Gwinnett County was taken into Barrow County when it was formed in 1914. Can anyone locate where this Sparks/Pew/Hamilton military district would be on a current map of Barrow County? Thanks for any information.
