Yes, that is the same Dora. I am not sure why the race is listed as negro. They probably just entered it wrong. There are other errors in the data as well. For example LH, Danie, Lula and Willie are are listed as Ophelia's children. In fact, she was their grandmother and Dora was their mother. I know that LH had a sister named Louise. Hope this helps.
