Origin of Bleckley County name

Can anyone tell me the origin of the Bleckley County name?
I understand that in the 1840s there was a Logan Edward Bleckley, who may have been a judge of the Georgia Supreme Court. My g-g-grandfather, George Walters BLECKLY (our spelling of the name), apparently wrote to him to see if the families were related and received a reply in the negative.
