In my database, I have a Charlie Giddens who married Charity Loucinda Rowland in Pulaski Co., GA on 16 Nov 1902. Marriage records list Charlie's last name as Giddings. Charity is listed in census reports as "Cindy L." Children are: Walter, Delora, Cora, Gladys, Christine, Allene, and Tommie from census reports. Charity Loucinda was the daughter of Thomas and Mary Francis Hartley Rowland. Mary Francis Rowland is the daughter of James and Rachel Skipper Hartley. Rachel Hartley is the daughter of Daniel and Mary Ann (Polly) Skipper. Contact me for more info at hhagarty@cox.net.
