Can someone please help me with my Sullivan ancestors? I have only been able to locate the information you see below from census years 1900 and 1910, which is not much. I have searched and searched but there are just too many Sullivan family lines without knowing more details. I would like to know names of Thomas Sullivans parents - siblings and where they originated from etc. The census records state Thomas was born in Georgia in 1849-50. I will appreciate any information or leads on this line of Sullivans. Thank you.
In the 1900 Irwin County Georgia Census, Thomas J. Sullivan age 50, is living with wife Bertha b.1852 and children:
Amanda E. Sullivan b.1876
Mark L. Sullivan d.1878
William D. Sullivan b.1882
Polly Sullivan b.1889
In the 1910 Tift County (Ty Ty) Georgia Census Thomas J. Sullivan age 60, is living with wife Bertha and daughter Polly Suggs.
William D. Sullivan, son of Thomas lived in Brooks county in the 1930 Census.
