Only recently saw your message. The 1880 census for Brooks County, Ga. includes a Daniel J. Simpson, age 2, son of Morris F.,with the following apparently all siblings of Daniel: Jasper L., age 14: Medford F.,age 12: Thomas J., age 10: Emma J., age 8:Amands S.,age 7: Lewis S., age 6: Andrew J.,age 4: then Daniel, John Gordon, age 1 month. I Was acquainted with Mr.Daniel Simpson for some years until his death about 1975 as a very old man.
