Virgil: A few years ago I did some research on Morgan's Bridge for the newspaper in Bryan County (which we owned at the time). I will look through my files and see if I can find it. If I can't, I will go to the newspaper office and look through old copies to find the article. I can't remember the specifics, but I believe a Shuman family owned the property and store at one point in time at the docking and swimming area.My research went back to the ferry days. Will post my findings in a few days. Morgan's Bridge holds many good memories for old-timers.
