Bryan Co. Courthouse after 1872

Does anyone know if the Bryan Co., courthouse was burned after 1872?? I have a document from a FL Confederate Pension from the widow of the soldier who stated that she married this soldier in 1872 in Bryan Co., but there was no record of that marriage in Bryan Co. She also stated that she had been told that the courthouse had burned a few years after the marriage and all records had been destroyed in the fire. I would like to know if this is fact. Also, she claimed that the marriage was performed by Parson Wynn, a Methodist minister and the witnesses were Joseph "Pamar" and his wife. She also mentions a cousin of the soldier by the name of Silas Crosby. Please let me know if anyone has any info on the above. Thanks.

Lisa
